Learning to Resolve Conflicts

We had a guest lecture by Mrs.Renu Chaturvedi (Economics Professor, Mumbai College) which was very informative and interactive. We learnt the positives and the negatives of a conflict. We also understood that in order to resolve a conflict, we have to understand, work together and find a solution which satisfies both the party’s needs. The best part of the guest lecture was that she taught us how to “AGREE TO DISAGREE”- Bhavya Tibrewala
