The Grade V students celebrated Young
Author's Day by writing a short story in different genres, like, Fairy tale,
Humor, Mystery, Adventure, Fiction, Folk and Horror. They authored their own
story and celebrated their writing and creativity. All the sections of Grade V
dropped everything to pen down a story of their interest. It was interesting
for students as they came to know that writing for the page is different from
writing for the stage.
Students felt that Young Authors Day was a
fascinating educational experience designed to stimulate the imagination in
them.
