We had gone for a CAS activity to Vivekananda Vidyalaya on 22nd October 2013
[Monday].
We aim to go there is to teach them English speaking.
We faced many challenges there like:Handling the small children
Explaining them name of animal & birds, alphabets etc.…
Treat them nicely,Give every person's proper attention....
To overcome these challenges we tried to get everyone’s attention to us……
The learning outcome we gain through it was it is not easy to be a teacher or handling children…….
I thought the benefits they gain through our learning is….
Learn a little of English
To cooperate etc.…….. SANCHITA.A & SHIVIKA 7 A

We went to the school Vivekananda Vidyalaya on the twenty first of October
2013.This was the second time we went to this promising school with children of
all kinds. We taught every one English speaking .They were very open minded and
were very fun to teach as they were very enthusiastic and were very competitive
which made it even more interesting. The group I was teaching were very bright
and were very loving. Me and my friends were handing out stickers for their
encouragement, co-operation and discipline. We started off well and taught the
different parts of speech (like nouns, adjectives and verbs) .They were very
encouraging but our biggest complication was to get their co-operation,
discipline and attention. It would be amazing to go every week for empowering
them to read, write and speak in English to have a better understanding on what
is happening in and around them with expressing themselves. But at the end of
the day it was the best experience ever as the children helped us build our
spirits with their naughtiness. Sanchita Patwari- 7A
