Warm up-Warm up is basically
stretching. You do warm up in each game
so that your muscles become fit for the game.
Each game has its own warm up.

exercise that we do before any activity or game. We have to do warm up so that we will not get
injured. If we do not do warm and start
running we will not get enough energy and we might fall and get hurt. That is
why we should do warm up. We should warm
up our hands and legs so that we will not get hurt.
