Oakridgers in Japan on Cultural Exchange Program............
The cultural
Exchange programme to Japan- 10 best days of this year, the 10 days none of us
will forget. This trip was one of the most enjoyable ones.
I guess this maybe
the first time two different schools have gone to same trip, sharing the
resources and experience. We had gone to many places like shrines, factories ,
other famous attractions but the places that excited me the most, were the two
schools we visited.
After a brainstorm
session and a few Ice-breakers, we had time to interact with the students. They
took me to a school tour and explained to me how they had classes and also many
other activities like the way we have at Oakridge. They were surprised to know
that Indians too ate rice with curry every day.
Later on, the last
day of the trip we went to the ‘UNIVERSAL STUDIOS’ which was the actual “fun”
part about the trip. After spending almost the whole day at Universal, we had a
last day dinner party. People shared experiences, teachers gave speeches, all
of them danced and had great fun.
