World Heart Day takes place on 29 September each year:  to inform people around the globe that heart disease and stroke are the world’s leading cause of death, claiming 17.3 million lives each year and his year’s theme addresses the importance of a life-course approach to the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease (CVD) with a focus on women and children.

Oakridge joined the World Heart Federation in celebrating World Heart Day and encouraging our families to take the road to a healthy heart. Health quiz was conducted by Dr Nazia for the 4^th grade students. We had an interesting quiz session.
