A visit to the British Library, Hyderabad

It is a pleasure to share about our field trip to the British Library in Hyderabad on 20th Sept 2013.The students from IBDP, 11 A section browsed books at the British Library on Saturday, 20th Sept between 10 am – 1 pm. And Mr Stuart, Academic Manager, Teaching Center had taken us through the library and explained about the service offerings. In his brief orientation he had covered the generic services offered by the library and specifically about British exams like IELTS, BEC etc. He had also explained about higher education opportunities for Indian students offered by the British Universities in the UK.

After that our students have referred and researched about their topics of interest for an hour using the reference collection in the library. Overall it was a wonderful and educational experience for our students.  We thank our Principal and Vice Principal for the approval and opportunity.
