Field trip of Pre Primary

The students of Pre-primary 2 went on a field trip on 3rd September to Aparna Sarovar in connection with their unit of inquiry “Homes”. The students were enthusiastic to see different types of homes like huts, individual houses, tents, apartments, villas etc and were able to identify the similarities and the differences between different types of homes.

Students also inquired about what gated communities are, the tour also helped children to explore and observe various under construction sites where they could see how houses are built.

This tour gave the children an opportunity to share their ideas along with their peers on the need to build different types of houses and the locality in which these houses are built and the way the houses are built.
