It was announced that on September 2nd
an IRP Orientation would take place in the last two periods. Little did we know
that the presenter would be none other than our very own Ms. Mehek Vajawattwho
had just passed out from IBDP. The orientation started off with Ms. Mehak
Vajawatt talking about the importance of the IRP. She shared her experience of undertaking
her research in the IBDP.
She enlightened the teachers with the main
points that a research-mentor needs to focus on. Despite all the teachers being
equipped with former research and mentoring experience, it proved to be a
fruitful experience for us.
The orientation was attended by all the grade 9th
and 10th IGCSE teachers and coordinators.
