Learners learn in many ways to express their understanding. Play
helps to express feelings and ideas which lead to various understandings. The
current Unit of Inquiry
‘Community Helpers’, was integrated with the Unit ‘Learning through Play’ by
the students of PP1B .The class was set up with various centers and resources.
Children explored the different roles of different community helpers
like Doctor, Dentist,
Chef, Fire Fighter, and Carpenter.
Children had a lot of fun involving in these activities and learning the
importance of learning through play.
