Integrating
with their unit of inquiry ‘Then and Now’ ,Grade 2 Students explored and learn about
the changes in drama from past to present. They learnt about the differences in
the acting styles, costumes, stage architectures and also the reason behind those
kinds of style and architecture. Students were very enthusiastic and keen to learn
about Drama in the past.
Student Reflections
Prize (grade II) – We discovered that in
a past audience used to sit on mats. In the past actors used to use big Masks.
Arman, Avik (grade II) – We discovered that
in past drama groups used to make stages and after the show they used to destroy
it.
