JUNIOR OAKCHEF COMPETITION



It was the Junior Oak Chef Competition cum fund raising event which took everyone by great surprise. The objective was to encourage students’ budding talent in the art of culinary and also to create awareness on how food & nutrition plays a major role in shaping up the adolescence period beautifully. Students prepared dishes such as, Veg-salad, Non veg salad, juice, mock tail, starters, etc. It was a pleasure to see how students developed self-management skills and marketing skills too. Awards were given based on nutrition value, creativity & usage of ingredients, originality of idea, hygiene and presentation.
The proceeds will be utilized for CAS activities. Special thanks to 24 Letter Mantra for sponsoring the prizes
